GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Reservation are valid once a 30% of the entire cost has been received (within 15 days befoore arrival);
- If, to any reason, the booked room should not be availabre, we reserve the right to assign our guests another room with the same characteristics;
- Documents must be registered upon arrival;
- Guests have checkout before 10:00 A.M. and can checkin after 2:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M.
- We do not accept checkin after 8:00 P.M.
- Written cancellation requests received later than 15 days before the arrival date will not allow any refund;
- All present conditions are intended to be approved by guest at the moment of reservation.
